To ensure every Afterdark experience is seamless, professional, and enjoyable for all parties, we ask all clients to review the following guidelines before booking.

Deposit required

A deposit is required to secure all bookings.
The remaining balance is to be paid prior to or at the start of the booking, as agreed.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved methods provided at confirmation.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

 

Cancellations & Changes
Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be accommodated with sufficient notice, subject to availability.

Last-minute cancellations or changes may result in forfeiture of payment.

 

Conduct & Respect
Afterdark operates with a strict standard of professionalism and respect.

All hosts and entertainers are to be treated with respect at all times.
Any form of aggressive, inappropriate, or non-consensual behaviour will result in the booking being terminated immediately without refund.

Our team reserves the right to leave any environment they feel uncomfortable in.

 

Boundaries
All services are provided within clearly defined boundaries.

Physical contact, behaviour, and interaction levels vary depending on the service booked and will be outlined prior to the event.

Clients are expected to respect all boundaries communicated by the host.

Event Environment
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, respectful, and suitable environment for the booking.

Afterdark reserves the right to refuse or end a booking if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

 

Alcohol & Responsibility

Alcohol may be present at events; however, responsible behaviour is expected at all times.

If guests become excessively intoxicated or create an unsafe environment, the booking may be ended without refund.

Privacy & Discretion

Afterdark values discretion and privacy.

Photos or videos of our hosts are not permitted unless explicitly agreed prior.

Client confidentiality is always respected, and we expect the same in return.

 

Travel & Additional Costs

Travel may be included outside of central areas.
Additional travel fees may apply depending on location and will be confirmed prior to booking.

 

Liability

Afterdark is not responsible for any damage to property or incidents that occur outside of our control during private events.
